HMP Historic Plan (Green Book):  The Herron Morton Place historic plan, adopted in 1986, contains a wealth of information about the neighborhood in addition to historic photos and pictures of all properties as they existed at the time the plan was adopted:

HMP Neighborhood Boundaries:  From the north side of 16th Street to the south side of 22nd Street, and from the west side of Pennsylvania Street to the east side of Central Avenue.
